I hope he did. I only saw a small bit of the show when the robot sidekick debuted, and it seemed like Craig was having fun with it. I hope he keeps it going. It would be a shame to something like that for only one episode, with the work and effort that must have gone into preparing it. That robot is the kind of thing you see as part of custom tradeshow exhibits in Japan. I personally would love to have my own robot sidekick, but instead of programming him with punchlines or zingers, I would probably have him follow me around the house saying stuff like, “I could really go for a byte right now.” Or maybe have him say to my computer, “I know which buttons to push darling.” Or even, “I am Apple and Microsoft’s love child.” There weould be no shortage of laughs in my house.
