So the U.S says it’s impossible?

Well the Scottish don’t think it’s so impossible. They are moving an entire island over to tidal power. It’s simple, affective and will work owners to power the entire island. If it’s possible there it’s possible anywhere that has water…wait, that means it’s possible anywhere! So why aren’t we doing it?
