Am I the only one who is excited about this movie? I’ve been surprised at the lack of interest (even from geeks.) It seems odd that people don’t understand what this ovie is about. Kirk and Spock launched Sci-fi into the world and the genre has continued to push innovation in every day technology. I for one ink it’s one of the best movies of the year and I’ll likely see it a few more times before it leaves theaters.

Are you serious? It’s amazing how much buzz this movie has. I’m a fan, but I can’t put my finger on why the anticipation level is so high. For the gals (myself included),It may have something to do with the great looking cast, like Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto and Chris Doohan.
For the Trekkies it’s obvious, but for the non-trek fans it may just have to do with the fact that it looks amazing!! the trailers have been great.
